Employment law is one of our preferred practice areas, although we also consider ourselves a boutique employment law firm. Firm founder Boris Etter is co-editor and co-author of one of the Swiss standard works on employment law (Stämpflis Handkommentar Arbeitsrecht, ISBN 978-3-7272-3510-8) as well as author of one of the most important legal articles on the Equal Treatment Act (discrimination by sexual harassment according to Art. 4 GlG, SJZ 1/2022, pp. 18-32).
